What tools can you connect?
Most popular business tools — CRMs like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce; email platforms; Google Workspace; Slack; Notion; Airtable; and thousands more via Zapier/Make/n8n. If it has an API, we can automate it.
How complex can the automation be?
The $1,500 package covers a single workflow with up to 5 tool integrations — typically enough for most business processes. More complex multi-step workflows or multiple automations can be scoped as custom projects.
What happens if the automation breaks?
Every project includes 30 days of support. If something breaks due to our implementation within that period, we fix it at no charge. After 30 days, maintenance support can be arranged.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the automation?
No. The automation runs in the background — you just use your existing tools as normal. We provide documentation so you understand what's happening and how to adjust settings if needed.
What do you need from me to get started?
After you submit the form, we'll reach out to schedule a 30-minute call to understand your workflow, get API credentials, and confirm the scope. From there, we build and deliver within 2 days.
