What file types are supported?
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel, plain text, and most common document formats. Scanned PDFs with text are also supported. We can discuss your specific formats during onboarding.
Where is my data stored? Is it private?
Your documents are stored in your own private storage (we can use your AWS, Google Cloud, or a dedicated instance). They are never shared with third parties or used to train AI models. Privacy is a core feature, not an afterthought.
How accurate are the answers?
Every answer includes source citations — the exact paragraph and document it came from. This means you can verify any answer immediately. The system is designed to say "I don't know" rather than guess when information isn't in your documents.
How many documents can it handle?
The base package handles up to 500 documents. Larger document libraries (thousands of files) can be accommodated as custom projects — just reach out below.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes — multi-user access is included. You control who can upload documents and who can query them. There's no per-seat charge in the base package.
